Jacuzzi Loyalty Card

These are the terms and conditions for the Jacuzzi Loyalty Card which is available to loyal Jacuzzi Hot Tub customers at local participating Jacuzzi hot tub retailers.

 

By using your Jacuzzi Loyalty Card you indicate that you accept these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.  If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you may not use your Jacuzzi Loyalty Card.  If there is anything you do not understand, please contact our Customer Service Department either by email at hottubsaftersales@jacuzziuk.com or on 01274 471887.

 

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time.  Any such changes will take effect when posted on our website and your continued use of a Jacuzzi Loyalty Card shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms & Conditions.

 

Definitions

  • "We" refers to Jacuzzi UK

  • "The Retailer" refers to those Jacuzzi Authorised Retailers taking part in our discount offer

  • "the Card" refers to the Jacuzzi Loyalty Card

  • "the Website" refers to www.jacuzzi.co.uk

Terms & Conditions

  1. The holder of the card will receive a 10% discount on selected items at participating Jacuzzi hot tub authorised retailers, providing the card is used in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  2. The Jacuzzi Loyalty Card is valid at participating authorised Jacuzzi hot tub retailers only.

  3. A list of participating retailers is included at the bottom of this document.

  4. The card is only available to Jacuzzi Hot Tub customers aged 18 and over.

  5. The card should be signed by the Jacuzzi Hot Tub customer.  Unsigned cards will not be accepted by the Retailer.

  6. Upon issuing the card, the Retailer should provide and record a unique customer reference number and/or reference number generated by the customer registering a warranty online at www.jacuzzi.co.uk.

  7. The card may only be used by the person to whom it was issued.  It is not transferrable and no more than one card will be issued to any person.

  8. The card is valid for use until such time when a new card is reprinted.  Cards may not be used after a new card is supplied.  Customers holding a Jacuzzi Loyalty Card will automatically receive a new card following reprints through the post.

  9. The card is not valid if defaced.

  10. The card remains the property of Jacuzzi UK.

  11. The card must be presented to the retailer at the time of ordering to receive a discount.

  12. The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers.

  13. Some products may be excluded when using the Jacuzzi Loyalty Card at the sole discretion of Jacuzzi UK and the Retailers.  Details of such excluded products or services are available at the end of this document and updated on the website.

  14. The retailer reserves the right to refuse to honour discount at any time for any reason.  We are not responsible if a retailer wishes to or refuses to offer discount following new ownership of the premises or acquisiton.

  15. The card has no monetary value and cannot be resold.

  16. Any personal data you provide when registering your Jacuzzi Loyalty Card will be used solely for the purposes of administering the discount card scheme and contacting you directly.  Your personal data will not be passed onto any third parties.

The Jacuzzi Loyalty Card discount will not apply to:

 

  • Items already discounted in deals or promotions

  • Service charges

  • Labour charges
